Girl Time Yoga


Girl Time Yoga is an age-appropriate, mindfulness-based yoga practice designed to let girls experience mind-body connections through breath and movement. Each class is designed around an educationally-based theme of mindfulness that incorporates a variety of breathing techniques, basic and challenging poses, partner and group poses, a meditation activity and final relaxation. Throughout the class, girls will build upon their changing body awareness, balance, coordination and flexibility while incorporating mindfulness, concentration and self-confidence.
