Progressing Postures Vinyasa Class

This is a 6 week series with a focus on progressing with physical postures. This process involves getting to know your body and understanding postures in a deeper way. With this new understanding we will fit each posture onto the body each week, letting go of the need to achieve a preconceived idea of a posture. With this process we will be diving deeper into our awareness in the moment.

Choose Tuesdays at 9:15am-10:30am or Fridays at 12pm-1pm.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are a 3 month or annual plan holder, you pay only $36. Please email us at owner@granvilleyoga.com and we will enroll you and adjust the price.
