A dynamic yoga series 

Sundays September 8- October 13

Girls 3-4 pm; Boys 4:15-5:15 pm 

6 weeks, $50

ALL THE GREAT ONES DO IT!
This beginner friendly yoga series, is directed toward active teens. Participants do not need to be currently participating in a sport, however should be prepared to move and work hard. Good body awareness and core strength translates to improved overall skills on the field, court, or whatever your sports arena. Join Kelli Biehle, in the yoga studio, creating space in the body for efficient movement and in the mind for peace. 

LeBron James, Evan Longoria, Kevin Love, Alex Morgan, Hope Solo, Rebecca Soni… the list of athletes who credit yoga for improving their game gets longer all the time.

With society running at record pace and a device always within arms reach, it’s important for teens to carve out quiet time to reset body and mind. The mindful focus of a yoga practice translates into improved coping skills and decreased anxiety.
